I went in on Monday panicked because we have family coming in from out of town this weekend and our pool was green. They came right out that afternoon and had the pool fixed by Wednesday. They came on Tuesday morning to take the part off that needed to be replaced and had the new part installed on Wednesday morning. They told us what we needed to do to keep it from turning green until they could get the part up and running. (Salt water pool-the board that creates chlorine had to be replaced).
